Hospitality
In a restaurant you are never finished before midnight — and you do not want Friday's tablecloths still hanging in the laundry room on Saturday morning. In a hotel, occupancy shifts from one night to the next, and the same goes for the fitted sheets and towels. For many businesses, outsourcing hospitality laundry is no longer a luxury but a simple hourly-cost calculation: a kitchen worker spending ninety minutes a day on washing and ironing costs more than a fixed weekly route.
We wash table linen, napkins, aprons, kitchen cloths, hand and tea towels for the hospitality sector on set days. Grease, wine, coffee and sauce stains are tackled with separate pre-treatment. Tablecloths come back crisply ironed, folded the way you are used to — rolled, folded or on flat hangers.
For hotels and B&Bs with daily turnover we handle bed linen, fitted sheet and pillowcase sets, and hotel linens. Working with your own stock or with a pool arrangement on our stock — both are possible, depending on what best suits your occupancy.
We drive for restaurants, café-restaurants, brasseries, lunchrooms, hotels and catering companies across the whole of Haaglanden — from the centre of Den Haag to the beach at Scheveningen, from Leiden to Delft. A monthly rate, or invoicing per collection — whichever best suits your bookkeeping.
How much does a commercial laundry cost for hospitality?
What you pay depends on how much laundry you have per week and how many staff you employ. We work with a base subscription — a fixed number of wash bags per week, with a fixed number of kilos included — and a price per extra kilo when you go over. Two realistic examples below, based on our current commercial rates.
| Base subscription (1 wash bag, 7 kg included) | € 137,19 |
|---|---|
| Extra kilos (3–8 × € 5,74) | € 17,22 – € 45,92 |
| Ironing work clothing (indicative, per item) | € 15,- – € 40,- |
| Total per week (excl. VAT) | € 169,41 – € 223,11 |
| Base subscription (3 wash bags, 18 kg included) | € 301,65 |
|---|---|
| Extra kilos (2–12 × € 4,75) | € 9,50 – € 57,- |
| Ironing work clothing (indicative, per item) | € 40,- – € 95,- |
| Total per week (excl. VAT) | € 351,15 – € 453,65 |

Examples based on our current commercial wash-bag rates. Ironing of work clothing (chef jacket, polo, apron, trousers) is invoiced separately per item — the indicative range in the table is an estimate for an average week; the quote gives you a fixed price per garment. The exact price further depends on delivery frequency and whether we work with your own stock or a pool arrangement.
