A GP out-of-hours post works 24/7 in rotating shifts. What runs the practice during the day runs the urgent-care post in the evenings and at weekends. Clean work coats, tunics and treatment towels therefore need to be just as available outside office hours as they are at ten in the morning.

We process healthcare textiles separately and wash at the temperature and on the programme that meet the hygiene guidelines for general practice care. Work coats come back on hangers, ready to hang in the cupboard. Treatment towels, underlay sheets and compress cloths are delivered neatly stacked in the quantity required per supply cabinet.

For practices with several locations — a main practice plus an out-of-hours post — we plan collection and delivery so that each location has its own separate stock supply. No mixed-up sets, no internal logistics between branches.
