That's why we've decoupled our drop-off and pick-up room entirely from our office hours. The room is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including holidays and weekends.

Access works via your mobile phone and number recognition. You call from the number registered in our system, our system recognises you, and the door unlocks. No app, no card, no PIN to lose — just call, walk in, grab your laundry and go.

    Sign up once

    When you take out your subscription we register the mobile number you use to call us. From that moment the room is open to you.

  2. 02
    Call from your phone

    Standing at the door? Call the access number you received with your sign-up. Our system recognises your number and the door unlocks automatically.

  3. 03
    Grab your laundry — or drop some off

    Your laundry is ready with your name on it. Have new laundry with you? Drop it off at the indicated spot. We'll process it on the next working day.

Safety & comfort

Well-lit, well-cared-for

We've designed the service room to feel comfortable in the evening and at weekends. Bright motion-sensor lighting, tidy shelves, your own bay per customer, and CCTV in the shared area. Access is restricted to registered subscription customers — anyone without a registered number simply can't open the door.

Your laundry is ready on hangers or in a basket, with a name label so you can find it instantly. Sorted and scanned per customer, as you'd expect from us.

We're close to the centre of The Hague, with parking right out front. On a quiet industrial estate that's easy to reach in the evening and at weekends too. By bike, car or a short walk from the nearby stop.

Frequently asked questions

Who is the service room for?

The service room is a benefit for our subscription customers. Whether you have a washing, ironing or combined subscription — if you're in our books, you have access.

What if I don't have my phone with me?

The system relies on the number registered with us. No phone, no entry. We recommend always using your main mobile number — let us know when you change numbers.

Can my partner or housemate use it too?

Sure. Pass us the second mobile number and we'll add it to your account. Both numbers will then have access.

What if the door doesn't open?

Nine times out of ten it's a changed or blocked number. Call us on 085 ‑ 401 6767 — during office hours we'll help you straight away, otherwise we'll be ready for you the next working day.

Is my laundry safe in the room?

Yes. The room is only accessible to registered customers, there's CCTV, and laundry is sorted and labelled per customer. We treat your belongings carefully — we've been doing it since 2013.

Can I leave new laundry there too?

Yes. Drop your laundry bag or basket at the designated spot. Add your name (or use our label tags) and we'll pick it up on the next working day.
